STEM Education Program

The STEM Education Program is a key initiative of the Community Development Foundation (CDF), launched in 2014 to promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics learning among government school students. Under this initiative, 27  STEM labs have been successfully established in government schools to strengthen experiential learning .

The program aims to ensure that every child learns better by encouraging teachers to adopt activity-based and participatory teaching methods, making classroom learning more engaging and effective. 

Key Features of the Program

• Each school is equipped with a structured STEM lab that enables students to understand abstract scientific concepts through hands-on activities.
• Comprehensive Demonstration Models A total of 64 working modelscovering key concepts from Grades 6 to 8 help simplify complex topics and enhance conceptual clarity.
• Experiential Learning Approach:The program supports children in visualizing scientific principles, thereby improving comprehension and retention.
