Career Guidance Program

The Career Guidance Program with Psychometric Testing designed to help students understand their intellectual abilities, personality traits, and areas of interest using standardized assessment tools. These assessments provided insights into factors that influence academic performance, including strengths and potential challenges.

The program also helped students address unhealthy behaviors such as anxiety and emotional challenges, enabling them to gain clarity about their interests and choose suitable courses for higher studies.

A total of 650 students from 10th and 12th grades across six Government High and Higher Secondary Schools were covered under this program, which was implemented between 2018 and 2020.
