Skill Training for Youth

The Computer & Office Assistantship Training Programme was implemented with the aim of providing professional skill training to unemployed and unskilled youth, and to offer opportunities for gainful livelihood. The training covered Basic Computer & Tally, Spoken English, Office Assistantship and Soft skills with the support of L&T Public Charitable Trust.

The training spanned over a period of 3 months for each batch and was conducted from 2017 to 2019. Trainees were supported with secured employment opportunities. 221 Candidates, out of which 57% (126) were able to secure employment in various companies and small-scale industries in and around Coimbatore.
